We work across a broad range of NFP sectors including employment services, disability, aged care, community housing, education, and health. Our clients typically have revenue between $2M and $50M and are navigating genuine strategic, governance, or financial complexity.
Every engagement starts with a diagnostic phase. We review your financial statements, governance documents, and strategic position before recommending anything. The work is shaped by what we find, not by what we sell.
Our team have actually run not-for-profits at scale, as CEOs, Chairs, and Board Directors. Paul Miles grew The BUSY Group from $15M to $150M. Peter Bishop has led NFP merger transactions as a chartered accountant and corporate finance principal. This is lived experience, not frameworks.
A governance diagnostic might be completed in six to eight weeks. A full strategic planning process typically runs four to six months. M&A support from initial assessment through integration can run twelve to eighteen months.
Confidentiality is central to the work we do. NFP leaders need to be able to have honest conversations about financial pressure and board dysfunction without concern that it will surface externally. All case examples are anonymised and approved by the client.
Book a free initial consultation. That conversation is about your organisation: its situation and what you are trying to solve. There is no sales pitch and no obligation.
